Deposits are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and approved e-wallets. Withdrawals are paid to verified accounts only. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.
All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be turned over the stated number of times before withdrawal. Abuse of bonus terms will result in forfeiture.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any of the Services. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. alur4d strictly prohibits access by minors and will terminate any Account found to belong to a person under this age, with all associated funds forfeited.
2.2 Residency. The Services are directed at individuals residing in Indonesia. You represent that your use of the Site is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the Services is legal in your location.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Site. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances therein may be forfeited at alur4d's sole discretion.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or use the Services:
3.1 Registration Information. To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid Indonesian bank account number or e-wallet identifier for withdrawal purposes.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC). alur4d operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme. We may request supporting documentation — including a government-issued national identity card (KTP or passport) and proof of address — at registration or at any subsequent point. You agree to provide such documentation promptly. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify alur4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. alur4d accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 Account Accuracy. You undertake to keep all Account information accurate and up to date. Material inaccuracies discovered by alur4d may result in Account suspension pending verification.
alur4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Indonesia:
The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. There is no deposit fee charged by alur4d; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation from the payment provider. alur4d bears no liability for delays caused by the payment intermediary or the banking system.
Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and verified under the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. alur4d targets processing of withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes during banking hours; however, this is an indicative timeframe and not a contractual guarantee.
alur4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, and may request further documentation where suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once submitted and approved.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). alur4d is not responsible for currency conversion fees where a Player's bank account operates in a different currency.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, alur4d offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion, Bonus Funds must be wagered at least ten (10) times before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games, low-margin sports markets, and progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute toward clearing the Wagering Requirement. The applicable contribution rates are published on each promotion page.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. alur4d reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting a promotional error, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to clear a Wagering Requirement, or coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional offers. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at alur4d's sole discretion and are final.
5.5 Withdrawal Order. When a withdrawal is requested, Real Money Funds are disbursed before Bonus Funds. If you withdraw Real Money Funds while an active bonus is attached to your Account, the remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
6.1 Sports Wagering. Bets placed on sporting events — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports — are governed by the specific sporting rules published in the relevant betting markets. alur4d reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or affected by force majeure.
6.2 Specialty Games. Markets for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are governed by the draw schedules and payout tables displayed within the game interface. alur4d accepts no responsibility for errors arising from misreading of displayed odds or draw results.
6.3 Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets are offered subject to data feed availability. alur4d reserves the right to suspend or void live betting markets where data integrity cannot be confirmed, or where technical issues prevent accurate real-time pricing.
6.4 Palpable Errors. If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous (a "palpable error"), alur4d reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. Examples include odds published at manifestly incorrect values due to technical malfunction or human data-entry error. alur4d's determination of what constitutes a palpable error is final.
6.5 Maximum Payouts. Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply to all betting markets and game categories. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. alur4d reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits at any time with reasonable notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the alur4d platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the Site — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of alur4d or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Site without the prior written consent of alur4d.
Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. 11.1 Service Availability. alur4d provides the Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alur4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Services, even if alur4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 Cap on Liability. In any event, alur4d's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the money you wager. alur4d accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Services.
12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to any applicable pending withdrawal processing and security checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
12.2 Termination by alur4d. alur4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
12.3 Effect of Termination. On termination for cause, alur4d reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where termination results from a verified breach, Account funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration shall be determined at alur4d's reasonable discretion. Nothing in this clause prevents alur4d from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
alur4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a prominent notice on the Site and, where possible, by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Site following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Site and request Account closure.
